It is important to us to have a positive, welcoming environment that is a safe space to voice any concerns or suggestions. Our collaborative approach to problem solving not only results in the best solutions but also a shared sense of professional pride.

Beyond just the technology, what makes GEM special is the people. Our employees support one another and form connections beyond just that of a distant coworker. The familial community is why many have remained dedicated to GEM for decades. We feel a responsibility to not just our coworkers but also to the many larger communities that we are a part of. As GEM continues to grow, we look forward to learning more and continuing to give back to local and national organizations.
